Jessica Dudick: Childhood Memories
I think back of Red Cloud with some of the fondest memories from my childhood. My great-grandparents, Kenneth and Helen Kent, were prominent members of the community, as well as my uncle, and Kenneth's brother, Frank Kent. Even though they are gone, and we no longer have ties to Red Cloud, I tell my family and my daughter how much I loved going on vacation there when I was a little girl. I would love to eventually move to Red Cloud! It is the best small-town you will ever go to, with the true American feel from yester-years.

Byron E White: Red Cloud (my Town)
The story of Red Cloud runs deep and long in my family. My Grandfather Edward Caldwell was a judge there. My Mom taught in a little one room school at one time. My Grandmother Edna Caldwell is buried there and soon we will enter my Mom's, Mary-Ellen Caldwell White, ashes there this year, in the family plot. My Mom, Grandmother and Aunt Ann told us many stories of Red Cloud. So although I have never lived there. Red Cloud is in my heart, My town.

Tammy Gestring: My Home Town
Great website. Jeff, your photography is fabulous, love all the pictures. I was born & raised in Red Cloud, I raised my children there also. Great place to raise a family. You will never find better people or better friends than you have in Red Cloud. Many good memories. It is a nice place to visit but an even better place to live. It is home to me.

I grew up in Red Cloud--Teresa Secrest (daughter of Don and Virginia Secrest--Secrest Furniture). I am very impressed with the postcards we have been receiving. The website is great. The community is doing a great job of promoting itself.

Mrs. Suzi Haller: I love small towns
I love small towns. I grew up in San Bernardino, California. I went to my aunt's every summer. She lived in a small town called Sunnymead, California. She taught me to do alot if things that we were not able to do in the city. I loved it there! I miss her and that life. I met Roger in 2000, through our children. We married on Dec. 31, 2000. In the last few years we have lost alot. I miss the small town. We came there for Rose Haller's funeral. I do hope to come back soon!

David Eldred: Great website
Good to see the old hometown has such a well designed website. Congratulations, it all looks great. I graduated from RCHS in 1968. Since I have no actual family living in Red Cloud any longer, it has been a long while since I was last there. Guess I'm going to have to make an effort to come for a visit. Thanks, David

Joan and Ron Oglevie: Very nice web page
Joan & I were pleased to receive your recent mail and your web site address. Having descended from folks who lived in both Guide Rock and Red Cloud, it brought back fond memories to see such nice reminders of our earlier heritage (Oglevies & Guys). Keep up the good work.

Kay Schutte: Wonderful website
This is a wonderful website!
The many, many pictures are awesome and I see some of my family in them. I do have one suggestion and that is to speed up the movement of the scrolling pictures. It's hard to see all of them in a visit to the site.
Thanks... It's GREAT!
